Scholarships & Education
Full or partial educational support for promising students across secondary school, polytechnic and university pathways.
Potential deserves opportunity
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. We help promising young people access education, guidance and practical skills to learn, grow and become.

Our story
Lawson Edu-Development Initiative grew from Olumide Lawson’s personal commitment to supporting promising young people whose opportunities were constrained by financial and other barriers.
What began as individual educational support is evolving into a structured platform for scholarships, mentorship, financial education, entrepreneurship and academic excellence. Our aim is simple: help young people move forward with confidence and purpose.

A commitment before FLAC
Our approach begins with understanding an individual’s potential, identifying the barriers and offering practical support.
As the Initiative develops, we aim to report on academic progress, confidence, skills and the opportunities created.
An offer to a Lagos State University student covered tuition and practical fees, accommodation assistance and a quarterly allowance, subject to academic performance.
An offer to a Federal Polytechnic Bauchi HND student included 50% of tuition and accommodation costs, plus a quarterly allowance, subject to academic performance.
These examples describe support commitments. They are not claims of completed payments or graduation outcomes. Beneficiary identities remain private.
